Make the header nav mobile responsive with only CSS. Keep the existing desktop look, just lay the links out in the navbar horizontally, and when in desktop mode (screen resolution is larger than 768px), be sure to hide the mobile menu. In mobile, give it a hamburger menu that on click opens a full-width and height screen containing just the links vertically stacked. If there is Javascript necessary, include it in a <script type="text/javascript></script> tags within the element's out html tags, like `<header><script... /></header>`. Make sure the mobile menu’s z-index (and especially the z-index of its parent element) is a higher z-index than any others on the page, make it distinctly on top of the other content. Ensure the mobile menu covers the whole page aesthetically, so use 100vw for width and 100vh for height as much as possible. The parent element holding the mobile menu must have a high z-index to make it work on all scenarios as well. Also be ensure that it has an X button to close the menu.
